How Knockout Fit Started...
My love for strength training started at a young age. After high school it became a passion, and many hours were spent sifting through magazines (you know before the internet LOL) learning the ins and outs of strength training. Unfortunately, it ended up being a dream that was never fulfilled.

Working out was a continual start and stop roller coaster over the years. But one thing always remained the same...it always made me feel on top of the world when I was in shape.

2020....I finally started getting my stuff together and walked back into the gym...then covid hit just weeks afterwards. A couple months of lock down and home workouts, I started hitting it hard and never looked back!!

2021....It finally hit me like a mac truck...after repairing my hormones, my body, my metabolism, and most importantly my mental health...why not do what I love??? So, almost 20 years later I began my pursuit and this was the birth of Knockout Fit!!
